The New Xbox One Experience will launch November 12, head of Xbox Phil Spencer announced during last night’s Halo 5 launch livestream.

Once the update rolls out Xbox One owners will be able to play over 100 Xbox 360 games via backwards compatibility, with more to be added as time goes on. You’ll need to own the retail or digital version of each game you wish to play.
The New Xbox One Experience also promises faster performance thanks to its redesigned user interface.
