The recently revealed Windows 10 Anniversary Update for Xbox One will go live to Preview users at the end of May or early June, Director of Program Management for Xbox Mike Ybarra has announced.

The update will introduce a final version of the functionality which allows all Xbox One systems to become dev kits. Microsoft has also promised to bring together the best of the Xbox Store with the best of the Windows Store to create a single unified store across devices. Xbox users can also expect the introduction of the Cortana assistant to Xbox One.
