Unfortunately, rather than focusing on the beloved fan-favorite franchises that gamers want, Valve has been focusing on (and failing at) its lackluster digital trading card game, Artifact. However Saber Interactive and Mad Dog Games hoped to scratch that zombie-slaying itch with their latest game, World War Z; a co-op game based on the 2013 movie starring Brad Pitt....

Microsoft says it is gaining console market share globally thanks to the success of Xbox Series X/S. The comments came from Microsoft boss Satya Nadella, speaking during the company’s third quarter results call. Nadella did not say which company it has specifically gained market share from, though quarterly results from US numbers firm NPD this week pointed to Xbox availability being key, compared to the supply-constrained PlayStation. The Xbox Live core services that are down include signing in, creating, managing, or recovering an account, and using the Microsoft Store’s search function....

Microsoft originally planned to release the Xbox Series X in August, according to a report from reliable tech blog Thurrot (via GameSpot). The Xbox Series S, a disc-less version of the next-gen console, would have followed in mid-October. Thurrot said in its report that “clearly plans have been adjusted since the conception of the hardware.” It’s unclear how early on Microsoft decided to push back the release of the Xbox Series X....
