Reports are claiming that Xbox is gearing up to add a Family Plan to Xbox Game Pass in the near future. That’s according to Windows Central, who cite “trusted sources familiar with Microsoft’s efforts”. According to them, Xbox is planning to add the feature to allow up to five users to subscribe as a collective, sometime this year. Though the rumour doesn’t offer an exact price, it’ll be cheaper than buying five separate subscriptions....

Yakuza 7: Hikari to Yami no Yukue was announced yesterday by Sega, and promises a new Yakuza experience with a new protagonist, new setting, and new gameplay mechanics. In 2001, Ichiban Kasuga takes the blame for fellow Tojo Clan yakuza Jo Sawashiro, as requested by their boss Masumi Arakawa. Kasuga, unwilling to disappoint his family and his superiors, served 18 years in prison. But once his sentence is up, there is no one to welcome him back to his hometown of Kamurocho....
Yooka-Laylee, the 3D platformer created in the style of classic Rare adventures, has been delayed to Q1 2017, developer Playtonic Games and publisher Team17 have announced. The Q1 date is later than the originally targeted October launch, which only last month remained the date the studio was “working towards”. The game is currently in development for consoles and PC. “After a lot of soul searching and knowing through dialogue with our fans that they value quality and polish above all, we’ve made the difficult decision to lock the release of Yooka-Laylee to Q1 2017,” said Playtonic MD Gavin Price....

A clutch of Twitch streamers have discovered a pretty hilarious exploit in the Fortnitemares Halloween update for Fortnite Battle Royale, the free-to-play last-man-standing version of Fortnite. The Halloween update included a skin for the rocket launcher, making it a pumpkin rocket launcher, and it turns out you can totally stand on the rockets and fly across the map.
