World of Warcraft is one of the most popular MMORPG games of recent times. Developers have been regular since day 1 in terms of providing the players with interesting updates. In the recent 9th expansion, Dragonflight, we were introduced to a whole new region known as the Dragon Isles. Wherein, there are 5 main zones which are The Waking Shores, Ohn’ahran Plains, The Azure Span, Thaldraszus, and The Forbidden Reach. Each of these zones allows players to explore and redeem the rewards they hold....

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users can now get three months worth of free access to Apple TV+ and Apple Music through the service’s Perks program. Users who wish to make the most of this offer can claim the perk any time between now and 31st March. This can be done via Xbox consoles or the Xbox app on Windows. Microsoft states once users claim this perk, they will be taken to the “respective Apple TV+ or Apple Music site to activate their subscription”, and then they’re away....

Microsoft hasn’t given up on Xbox One in Japan just yet, having launched a new Xbox Japan Blog designed to promote Japan-specific Xbox information. However, the blog currently only features items discussing Halo 5, Forza 6 and Rare Replay. Xbox popularity in Japan is at an all-time low, with the Xbox One shifting only hundreds of units each week. In the week ended June 14, only 100 Xbox One consoles were sold....

XCOM 2’s first DLC pack, Anarchy’s Children, will release on Steam next Thursday, March 17, 2K has announced. You probably shouldn’t expect too much from it, though: the £3.99 pack simply includes a range of new hair styles, face paints, decals, helmets, masks, armour and more that you can use to customise your squad. Over 100 new customisation options are promised, although there don’t seem to be any new missions thrown in on top....

Yacht Club Games, the developer behind the acclaimed 2D side-scroller Shovel Knight, has today announced that its annual showcase event will air on G4’s Twitch channel. The presentation will focus on new content in the works as well as the development of all-new projects. A blog post highlighting further details featured the following statement from Sean Velasco, game designer at Yacht Club Games: “We can’t wait to unleash everything we’ve been cooking up since our last showcase in February 2020....

Have you ever wanted to have the heroes of the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series in your closet? Now you can. Sega made a set of hangers available for pre-orders on its Japanese website. You can find Kazuma Kiryu, Goro Majima, and Ichiban Kasuga, each priced at 3,300 yen, which translates into $22 at the current exchange rate. All of them will be released in late January 2023. The hangers are designed so that if you hang an outfit on them, it’ll look like the character is standing there, staring at you....

The Play Disney Parks app can be used to translate the language featured in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Those weird symbols you see all over the place in Fallen Order? They’re not just for show: they’re a real language in the Star Wars universe called Aurebesh. It’s not exactly a 1 for 1 replacement of the English language, but each of those symbols translates to a letter or sound in English....

Shinji Mikami and his studio Tango Gameworks have been extremely busy as of late. They just shipped a frantic futuristic shooter in Vanquish and Mikami is producing action thriller Shadows of the Damned for EA. As if his plate wasn’t full enough, today Zenimax Media announced that they’ve acquired Tango Gameworks and from here on out Tango will be known as Zenimax Axia. In addition, Mr. Mikami will be in charge of gaming development under Bethesda Softworks....

At first glance, the novelty of Wolfenstein: Youngblood is that it takes the frenetic, modernized gameplay from the MachineGames-developed titles in the series and adds co-op functionality. The year is 2019, and I currently find myself eagerly awaiting the release of a fifteen-year-old game. In most circumstances, that sentence wouldn’t make any sense, but World of Warcraft: Classic releases on August 27, and it’s giving fans the chance to play the game in its original, unaltered form as it was back in 2004.
