The key for Xbox was designing a new console which delivered on the promise of 4K gaming, without sacrificing the affordability of a console. “When you talk to me about Scorpio, the term I use about the architecture isn’t the six teraflops which is obviously what we’ve announced, it’s balance,” explained Spencer....

Microsoft is testing a new set of logos that will appear as “badges” over titles in your game library. These badges are already used to denote titles available via Xbox Game Pass, or that have Xbox Series X/S-specific features. New badges are being tested for other game conditions, so you can see at a glance what you have available to play. Xbox has announced it’s marking its 20th anniversary next month with a special broadcast it has scheduled for November 15. GAME customers are now able to spend gift cards on the retailer’s website and buy games from third-party marketplace sellers, judging by updates made to the website today. The updates suggest that customers can now trade their old games in-store and walk away with a gift card to spend online, where titles can occasionally be found slightly cheaper.
